17-10-2005 - 3 Bulgarian NGOs with totally free websites by the end of the year!

On 15.10.2005 the first stage of Improving Bulgarian NGOs Image Campaign “Bulgaria in front of the World” was finished. Nearly 100 NGOs had participated in the campaign in less than a fortnight. With free internet site for the next three months will be granted:


1. October: The Association of Parks and Landscape Specialists. The organization is established in 1991, and their latest projects are:

“ Let us lay out Sofia for us and for our children”

Laying out of rural landscape and envolvement of the rural population”

“ Surveying the Iskar River pollution in the capital district New Iskar and motivation of the local population and authorities to abide it”

“Modelling of stable urban forests”

“Preservation of historical gardens from the beginning of the XX century in the metropolitan borough”

“ Swift value on landscape – Rila Monastery National Park”

“ URGE – Development of the urban green areas for improving life quality in the cities”


2. November: National Community Centre “Prosveta” – Burgas. The centre work on satisfying Burgas’ citizens needs in:

Bulgarian cultural life;

Preservation of Bulgarian customs and traditions;

Cultural and educational treatment;
